Kelly Hinkle, known as The Downeast Cowboy, is a self-taught photographer, videographer, and commercial fisherman, born and raised in Washington County, Maine. Through his work, Kelly celebrates the heritage, traditions, and way of life that make Maine unique, capturing the scenic beauty of the state, local festivals, and community events.
